Events are about people coming together for a purpose. Whether it’s a corporate gathering, fundraiser, conference, or private event, the photography should support the experience — not interrupt it.

I approach every event with the same professionalism, awareness, and care that define all of my work. My focus is on understanding the flow of the day, anticipating key moments, and capturing them with clarity and respect for the atmosphere.

When I commit to an event, the priority is simple: show up prepared, stay unobtrusive, and document what matters as it naturally unfolds.

My Approach

My approach to event photography is observational and efficient. I work quietly, read rooms quickly, and understand how to move through a space without drawing attention or slowing things down.

This works especially well for clients who:

  • Want clean, natural documentation of their event

  • Prefer a photographer who blends in rather than directs

  • Need images that feel authentic and usable across platforms

  • Value professionalism, punctuality, and consistency

I’m not necessarily focused on staged moments or over-produced coverage. The emphasis is on real interactions, atmosphere, and the details that tell the story of the event as it actually happened.

Coverage & Availability

Event photography is $160/hr with a one-hour minimum.*

Event photography coverage is offered on a limited basis and scheduled with intention. Most events are covered hourly, with rates beginning at $160 per hour and a one-hour minimum, depending on the scope, location, and timing of the event.

My focus is on events where preparation, timing, and reliability matter. Prior to the event, I take time to understand the flow, priorities, and any key moments that should be documented so the photography integrates smoothly into the day.

If we move forward, you can expect clear communication, a steady on-site presence, and images that accurately reflect the atmosphere and experience of your event — without becoming a distraction.

*Event photography rate does not apply to weddings.

With over a decade of experience photographing people in fast-paced, real-world environments, I’m comfortable working under pressure, adapting on the fly, and staying calm when schedules change or rooms shift.

I know when to step in, when to stay back, and how to work alongside teams, speakers, and organizers without becoming a distraction. My role is to support the event quietly — so you can focus on hosting, connecting, and being present.
