You may not remember what your photo looks like, but you’ll always remember how you felt while you were taking it. Every session includes experienced direction and words of affirmation. I believe everyone deserves to look great and feel good about themselves in front of the camera.

No need to just hope for the best outcome when you can actually review your images in real-time! Gone are the days when you squint at the back of a camera. Every studio headshot session offers live tv screen review of images as they are taken so that you can have confidence that we’re creating images you’ll be proud to display.

In studio, on location, or at your office, I’m here to upgrade your professional presence wherever works best for your goals. With an array of professional tools and a mobile studio at my disposal, we can work together to create a great professional portrait just about anywhere.

Retouching.
Afraid you’ve aged too much? Extra stress showing up on your skin?. A few hairs setting off on their own? Luckily working with me means you only have to think about 3 things: Posture, Pose, & Smile; I’ll handle the rest. From teeth to skin textures to hair and shirt fuzz, I’ve got you covered.

Digital.
From the project quote to the photo agreement to downloading your images, everything I provide is digital and ready to slide into the more convenient moments of your busy life. I’m all about making this whole process simple and convenient, and I’m always ready to assist if you ever have a question.

Optimized.
All final headshot images come to you in 3 dynamic crops and 2 optimized files sizes. You may choose the collection with one final image, but you’ll be receiving image variations sized for every purpose and use. All images are downloadable directly from your online gallery.

Headshots sessions usually last an hour.

Professional headshot session are designed for individuals in seek of a head and shoulders portrait of themselves. These sessions are designed to create images that may be used on various social and professional platforms like LinkedIn or instagram, as well as in email and text identifiers. Individuals looking for 1/2 or full length portraits should pursue a branding session option.

Same Day Delivery = +$25
Mobile Studio Setup = +$25 -
While most headshots sessions are completed in-studio, outdoor or on location headshots may also be requested at no additional charge.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the session fee is due at the time of booking.
Final selections are retouched and delivered for download in a digital online gallery. Gallery is available for 30 days.

Please Note:
Currently, Seth James Photography provides professional headshots at a shared studio location. This means that appointment availability may vary and sometimes require flexibility. Unfortunately, online bookings don't guarantee a specific appointment time until you receive a confirmation email, however most preferred times are usually available.

Yes. Group discounts begin at just 2 or more individuals. Inquire on my Group Headshot Page for more detailed information.

A completed headshot session booking requires a 25% non-refundable deposit and a digitally signed headshot agreement. Session deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the session. If for any reason there is a cancelation or no-show this deposit becomes non-refundable. Rescheduling a headshot session requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to transfer the deposit.

Digital images are delivered in a convenient online gallery approximately 2 to 5 days from the date of the headshot session. Each gallery provides a simple download option for retrieving your images.

Yes. I have a mobile studio that can be setup in a home or office. I will just need about a 12 x 12 foot space to work. There is an additional cost involved.

It’s my privilege to offer my in-studio clients a real-time view of their photos as they being taken. This allow for convenient adjustments and better overall photos. At the end of our session we will review those images together and select the ones you would like to keep.
If you decide to take you photos on-location, you will receive a proof gallery in your email where you can choose the image(s) you would like to keep.

Yes. Event rates are $200/hr with a 1 hour minimum.
