All final headshot images come to you in 3 dynamic crops and 2 optimized file sizes. You may choose the collection with one final image, but you’ll be receiving image variations sized for every purpose and use. All images are downloadable directly from your online gallery.

Please Note:
Currently, Seth James Photography provides professional headshots at a shared studio location. This means that appointment availability may vary and sometimes require flexibility. Unfortunately, online bookings don't guarantee a specific appointment time until you receive a confirmation email, however, most preferred times are usually available.
Professional headshot sessions are designed for individuals in seek of a head and shoulders to 1/2 portrait of themselves.
These sessions are designed to create images that may be used on various social and professional platforms such as LinkedIn or Instagram, as well as in email and text message identifiers. Individuals looking for full-length portraits should pursue a branding session option.
While most headshots sessions are completed in-studio, on-location headshots may also be requested at no additional charge.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the session fee is due at the time of booking.
Final selections are retouched and delivered for download in a digital online gallery. This gallery is available for 30 days.

Yes. Group discounts begin at just 2 or more individuals. Inquire on my Group Headshot Page for more detailed information.

A completed headshot session booking requires a 30% non-refundable deposit and a digitally signed headshot agreement. The session deposit will be credited toward the total cost of the session. If for any reason there is a cancelation or no-show this deposit becomes non-refundable. Rescheduling a headshot session requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to transfer the deposit.

Digital images are delivered in a convenient online gallery approximately 2 to 5 days from the date of the headshot session. Each gallery provides a simple download option for retrieving your images.

Yes. I have a mobile studio that can be set up in a home or office. I will just need about a 12 x 12 foot space to work.

Clients will receive a curated selection gallery via email, enabling them to review their images and pick the ones that best align with their objectives. The chosen images will be professionally retouched and delivered in a final gallery for easy download.

Yes. Event rates are $175/hr with a 1 hour minimum.
